Each week I have a weekly coaching call with my paying clients that are a part of my four-month program. Typically I start off the call sharing some thoughts and insights to think about and consider. In order to create new results, we have to think about things differently.
Many people know what to eat yet don’t eat that way. This is because they have changed their beliefs or thoughts around eating. It’s important to start thinking in brand new ways.
