What’s TL10’s Approach with Food?
I knew exactly what to eat to lose weight, but I was still completely STUCK.
I’ve been there. At one point, I formally studied holistic nutrition and even went through culinary training, thinking that if I learned more about food, surely it would be the ‘key’ to lasting weight loss. Spoiler: It wasn’t.
Even with all that nutritional knowledge, I still found myself in the kitchen late at night, eating bowl after bowl of popcorn, 20-30 pounds heavier than what felt good for MY body.
When I finally dove into understanding human behavior, emotions, habits, and the subconscious patterns that drive us, everything clicked.
I lost a total of 80 pounds, and I’ve kept that weight off-–ever since.

Credentials: My own journey led me to study holistic nutrition, lifestyle redesign, and transformational mindset. I hold certifications as a Master Certified Life Coach, Advanced Feminist Coach, and Integrative Coach. I've extensively studied the unconscious mind and human behavior. But most important of all: my real-ass lived experience as a woman in the search for FREEDOM from the weight struggle.
My approach goes beyond the surface, addressing the root causes of sabotage, emotional eating, and limiting beliefs, so you can break free from the weight of old narratives and finally ENJOY the results you desire.
