The reason ‘diets’ don’t work is not because they don’t work, it’s because we don’t actually follow them & don’t know HOW to follow through on decisions and plans we’ve made for ourselves. Finding a great ‘plan’ for weight loss online is not a problem anymore these days because we have so much information at our disposal with the internet.
The problem is that even if you have a beautiful meal plan laid out in front of you, and even if you already know what to do- you find yourself still overeating (especially at night or on the weekends or when you’re stressed!) and eating things that are NOT a part of your plan.
