I've BEEN there.
I know what it feels like to be giving so much of my energy, and time, and mental space into this struggle.

Two decades worth of saying 'no' to things (big and small…) because I was waiting until I 'lost the weight'.

I lived my life bouncing back and forth between:
Option A
The moments I was 'starting fresh' and/or being 'hard core' fully consumed by trying to lose weight- feeling restricted, deprived and impatient with myself and my body for the lack of progress. (Slimfast shakes were my first go at it! And hey it 'worked' … but there's no way I was gonna drink those forever.)
Option B
The moments I 'gave up' trying to lose weight or was 'taking a break' (but to tell the truth- even in these moments when I wasn't 'working on it' I was still constantly thinking about it. It actually felt more like: pretending not to care…) PLUS, in these moments of the pendulum swing between 'trying' and 'not trying' I always felt uncomfortable in my body each time I regained the weight. (because who actually feels 'great' after eating 5 slices of pizza?)
Neither of these options were what I wanted for myself.
Here's the thing- I always want the best. And I never could shake the feeling that neither of these options could possibly be the best…
"WHY CAN'T I JUST FIND SOMETHING THAT FEELS RIGHT, that works for me?"
What I wanted was: RESULTS (I loved) & FREEDOM (from the struggle)
IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK?
It felt like it (but good thing it wasn't).


The back and forth was exhausting.
Everytime I tried a new 'program' or 'diet' or 'plan'… and I ended up right back where I started. My heart broke a tiny bit more. I was jaded.
Maybe experiencing joy & freedom in this part of my life just wasn't in the cards for me…

Going back to our brain surgeon metaphor I need to shine a light on A BOSS MOMENT that needs happen: because she's a badass surgeon (and she knows it) she's not gonna hesitate to make sure she does whatever needs to happen to get the necessary tools in her hands for the job.
You can enjoy results you love on YOUR terms.
But you gotta be willing to get the tools necessary in hand & have support from the experts.

Because it matters
Can you believe at one point I weighed almost 200 lbs?! (197lbs to be exact…) All together I lost 80 pounds, and I figured out how to maintain my results with ease AS I ENJOY the shit out of my life.
Before you start listing all the reasons why you 'can't', let me tell you..

Yes, I have a full plate, but I prioritize taking care of me because I know when I'm taken care of,
ALL of this is better taken care of.
I can do all of this BECAUSE I take care of me.

When I tell you that I can understand the many hats that women wear, I really do. But I can also tell you that I've discovered and created a process that will help you ditch the weight you're not loving but without sacrificing things that also matter so much to you. No more choosing.
I would have never been able to imagine that I would be able to take all that mental energy and brain space to: write a book, start a business (I've now 5x'd my earning potential!)… and the most priceless thing of all: (yes even more priceless than 5x my $$$) is that now when I go on vacation anywhere in the world I don't spend a single second worrying about food or my weight or feeling uncomfortable taking a family picture.
I can focus on my daughter's face and the way she's amazed looking at the ocean waves playing in the sand for the first time, in my MILFY 2-piece, excited to take AS MANY family selfies as possible.
I gave myself permission
to want and have it all
It is a dream come true to be in a place where I love this part of my life.
I love my relationship with food. I love my results. There's no hesitation whatsoever about struttin my stuff. At all. I dropped the weight, I dropped the worry, I dropped the struggle. I freed up my mind and my life expanded, it feels richer than ever. When I say 'deprivation-free', that really is an understatement.
When I stopped spending so much time struggling, my life got BIGGER (not smaller!). With this simple (but very effective!) and strategic approach- I have completely transformed my results- ON MY OWN TERMS. Because a woman shouldn't have to want less.
