I personally know what it's like to struggle with weight. I battled with my weight for 20 yrs (weighing up to almost 200lbs, including losing and regaining the same 20 to 50 pounds way too many times!). I successfully lost 80 pounds, and created an approach for enjoying & maintaining my results without ever feeling deprived.

 

My #1 mission is empowering one million women to completely put an end to their struggle with weight & food, and be able to live their lives enjoying results THEY love without apology.
