Brenda Lomeli is a Certified Master Weight Loss Coach, Certified Holistic Nutritionist and an expert in women’s weight loss, including functional nutrition and hormones. She also has completed Culinary Training in Whole Foods Cuisine and is a total foodie and nutrition geek. Brenda just loves to research this stuff and that’s why you should feel comfortable taking her suggestions and advice.
The goals of The Last 10 Podcast:
- To empower women with the correct knowledge and information, tools and strategies that will actually help them be successful in getting to their goal weight but also in caring for their body
- To help you feel amazing, have great energy and look the way you want to look
